Appointee Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmuş told Hurriyet Daily News the assault was completed with an auto bomb exploded close military staff in transports. He said nobody had guaranteed obligation regarding the assault and the culprits had not been resolved.
"This assault did not just focus on our military staff in those buses," Kurtulmuş said. "This assault transparently focuses on our whole country. We denounce the individuals who conveyed this assault, the individuals who use them as instruments, and the individuals who give logistical, knowledge and even political backing to such assaults."
Wellbeing Minister Mehmet Müezzinoğlu told Hurriyet that the majority of the harmed were not truly sting. The Associated Press reported that 61 individuals had been harmed in the assault.
